Frog works with a number of translators in a variety of fields and languages. Before creating Frog, Jennifer Pounds headed up a multi-million dollar multi-lingual localization project for American Software, which included four target language teams with a total of 13 translators. In addition to working on the translations, creating and managing the entire team, Jennifer worked with the software developers to ensure that the software was fully internationalized.
